The patient feels pain on the right side of her neck, especially when tilting her head. Adjustment was given on January 12. The pain improved at the end of January.

Note: The patient could only slightly rotate her head to the right but the rotation improved as of February 15. Adjustment was given because other examination showed the subluxation pattern. After adjustment, her posture improved excellent.
